Connect once. Automatic from there.
Enable API service in your LeadAnalyze workspace, connect Airtable, and authorize the bases you want to use. Automatic mode discovers compatible lead tables, detects address fields, reuses result columns, and creates missing LeadAnalyze result columns. One grid view is selected per table to avoid overlapping processing.
To include future bases in an Airtable workspace, choose all current and future bases in that workspace when authorizing. A grant for specific bases only covers those bases. Discovery is limited to the access you grant.
If address mapping is ambiguous, choose it once in custom settings. You can pause individual tables, select a different view, adjust mappings, or turn off automatic mode. Creating columns requires permission to change the structure of the Airtable base.
New leads in. Useful results back.
Scheduled background checks discover authorized bases and process new leads, even when your browser is closed. Checks run about every five minutes; larger accounts and active runs are handled over multiple checks. Newly created records are processed with your existing workspace credit balance, and completed results are written back to their original Airtable records.

The $99/month API service is required.
Airtable automatic scoring and result write-back are included with an active LeadAnalyze API service subscription at $99 USD per month per workspace. You can also use the API to integrate your own tools.
Processing credits are purchased separately. The monthly service fee includes no processing credits. One credit processes one unique property within a run; duplicate addresses within that run share the analysis. Previously attempted unchanged record/address pairs are skipped automatically, and write-back retries do not spend another scoring credit.
Older leads stay under your control.
Each discovered table gets a creation-time cutoff. Automatic scoring only processes records created after that table is discovered and enabled. Existing leads are skipped, including older records moved into your selected view later. You can choose to process those records manually.
Pause automation anytime. Re-enabling sets a fresh starting point. A valid address and enough available credits are needed for processing; account and workspace access checks apply.
Estimates to prepare your next conversation.
Solar scores, energy usage, and bill estimates support preliminary property screening. Energy estimates are modeled figures rather than the household’s utility records. Review the evidence and confirm household information before preparing a final solar proposal.
