Using LeadAnalyze
LeadAnalyze provides preliminary property and solar feasibility screening for business use. Keep your account access private, provide accurate profile information, and use only lead data you are authorized to process. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for property analysis.
What results mean
The solar workflow uses rooftop address matching with reported array detection, sunshine hours, estimated capacity, and an automated reading of roof material and visible panels from a satellite image. It does not confirm roof condition or installation suitability, or guarantee that the nearest building or available imagery reflects present conditions. A solar-potential result is a screening signal, not a verified installation recommendation. Electricity usage, monthly bill, system size, and payback figures are statistical estimates drawn from measured use in comparable homes and current local prices. They are not a household’s metered usage, a quote, or a savings promise. Confirm the address, building, roof condition, ownership, permissions, and technical suitability before making a proposal or installation decision.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are prepaid, one-time purchases at the prices shown before checkout. One credit is used for each completed property result, including an outcome requiring review or showing poor fit. Technical failures release their reserved credits. Duplicate addresses within the same batch do not incur a second completed-analysis charge when recognized. Viewing an available result and exporting it do not use additional credits. Starting a new analysis can use a new credit.
Stripe processes payments. Credits appear after the server verifies payment; the return page alone does not prove a purchase succeeded. Credit balances do not expire automatically under the current service settings. Contact support@leadanalyze.com about duplicate charges, unfulfilled purchases, or unused-credit refund requests. We investigate requests individually; this does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Availability and limits
Coverage, provider availability, and request limits affect processing. Current batch limits are shown in the workspace. We do not promise a particular throughput, completion time, conversion rate, or revenue outcome. Purchases pause when the application is not configured for live processing. Features described as planned are not included in the current service.
Data use and retention
Use solar information for permitted energy-system feasibility work. Results and batch data stay in your workspace until an administrator deletes them; email support to request deletion. An analysis may reuse the result for the same property completed within the previous 30 days, and a credit is still used.
Do not use the service to bypass provider access restrictions, resell raw provider data, misrepresent results as verified facts, or conduct unlawful outreach. A property analysis does not establish a person's consent to marketing. Solar and mapping information comes from third-party data providers and is subject to their terms. Account and support requests
We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, compromised accounts, or misuse of provider services. Contact support@leadanalyze.com for access issues, billing questions, data requests, or corrections to a result. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
