1. Bring a list your team can recognize.
Upload a CSV with a header row and U.S. property addresses. A complete address can live in one column, or you can map separate street, city, state, and ZIP columns. Keep a stable lead ID and any useful campaign or assignment columns in the file.
The current limit is 10 MB per file and 1,000 unique properties per batch. Split larger lists into clearly named batches before uploading. A contact’s mailing address may point to a different building, so use the property you actually want screened.
2. Review the import before credits are reserved.
LeadAnalyze detects common address column names and gives you a review screen. Check the selected columns, unique-property count, duplicate count, missing addresses, and credits required. Customize the mapping when the detected fields do not match your file.
Repeated addresses within the batch share an analysis. For example, 280 rows containing 250 unique, valid addresses reserve 250 credits. Original duplicate rows remain available in the export, so a shared property result does not erase the different records in your source list.
3. Follow the screening as results arrive.
Start the batch after reviewing its cost. Processing shows progress and elapsed time as properties move through address matching, solar-data review, imagery assessment, and scoring. Open completed results while the rest of the list processes.
Each completed result helps you decide what to review next: a promising solar opportunity, evidence of an existing installation, a poor fit for the screening criteria, or a property needing closer attention. Missing or uncertain evidence stays visible rather than becoming a confident recommendation.
4. Export evidence alongside your original rows.
Download the results as CSV with your original columns preserved. Use your lead ID to match the findings back to your source list, check the outcome and reason, and assign the next action in the tools your team already uses.
One completed property analysis uses one credit, including review and poor-fit results. A technical failure releases its reserved credit. Reopening results and downloading exports use no additional credits. Repeated properties in a later batch are a new analysis request; within-batch grouping does not make all future requests free.
