Do I need to bring my own leads?
Yes. LeadAnalyze helps you understand lists you already have. Upload a CSV or enter a single property address to get started.
When do I use a credit?
Credits are reserved when you start a batch. One credit is used for each completed property analysis. Credits are released for technical failures. Reviewing or exporting a completed analysis does not use more credits.
Can I score leads automatically in Airtable?
Yes. Enable the $99/month API service, connect Airtable, and authorize your bases. We discover compatible lead tables, map your fields, create missing result columns, and score newly created leads automatically. Processing uses your existing prepaid credits; the subscription includes no processing credits. Explore Airtable integration
Is LeadAnalyze only for solar?
Solar is our first analysis module. LeadAnalyze is being built to support more kinds of property and lead intelligence, with roofing, HVAC, and other home services on the roadmap.
What happens when a result is uncertain?
Uncertain or conflicting evidence is marked for review, with an explanation. Solar potential is a screening result, not confirmation that a property is suitable for installation. Imagery may be older than current conditions, and roof material and condition need a separate review.
