Credits are reserved when you start a batch. One credit is used for each completed property analysis. Credits are released for technical failures. Reviewing or exporting a completed analysis does not use more credits.
Solar is our first analysis module. LeadAnalyze is being built to support more kinds of property and lead intelligence, with roofing, HVAC, and other home services on the roadmap.
Uncertain or conflicting evidence is marked for review, with an explanation. Solar potential is a screening result, not confirmation that a property is suitable for installation. Imagery may be older than current conditions, and roof material and condition need a separate review.
